Small capacity particle board production line, capacity range: 5000-20000CBM per year, normally use the steel plate circulation system, not adopting the prepressing and cross cutting section, do the forming work on the steel plate directly, and then go into hot pressing section and do hot pressing work, finally produce one certain thickness and specified size particle board. This line normally is suitable for small budget, raw materials is not very sufficient, and markets for PB board is not big, this kind particle board after sanding, also can be used to do the lamination on the face and back, and can be sold as the furniture laminated board.
